What can done to enforce a ‘No Trespassing’ violator?

Q: We live in a 55 or older co-op park. Last year the board had a no trespassing order put in place for one year for a problem visitor. This order was supposed to be able to be renewed after that year. Within that year, this person has been seen in the park numerous times and nothing done. The order was put in place in October of last year. If the board does not renew this, as concerned residents, what can we do?   Read the Q&A……………
