The property owners association for an exclusive Lowcountry barrier island community sued former Beaufort County Administrator Eric Greenway for unpaid dues, administrative payments and late fees.  A state lawsuit filed by the Fripp Island POA claims that Greenway owes $2,615.59 for charges between January and November.
