Lethbridge City Council approved the motion to draft bylaw amendments that would exempt large condominiums to recycle through the city at this week’s city council meeting(Monday, Sept. 21).  Large condos over 45 units could be exempt from mandatory participation in the City-run blue bin program as long as they have a private recycling plan in place which meets or exceeds City standards.    Read the article……………………………..
