Question: I am a board member of my condominium association. Is the board allowed to create rules or policies concerning ESAs in a condominium building? For example, can we impose weight limits, limit the number of animals per dwelling, exclude specific breeds, mandate that they only use the service elevator, etc. I’ve tried researching issue but find it very confusing or non-specific.   Read the Q&A…………………………………
