It could be a while before all of the Hurricane Milton storm debris gets cleared in Volusia County, but there are things people can do to help the process.  Homeowners associations that maintain their roads and mobile home parks in unincorporated Volusia County have to provide a right-of-entry form as soon as possible to allow crews to remove debris from their communities, according to a county government news release.
