The Homeowners Association (HOA) of Fairfield Village seemed to have been at a low point this past year for several very good reasons. The president was moving away, and a new president took over with less than a full HOA board.  The current president, Herman Alers, asked all the community to help to restore the organization, or it could possibly be phased out once the regular meetings resumed after the summer 2024 hiatus    Read the article…………………………….
