A “gated community” in Fairview is gated no more.  After research into the Stable Acres subdivision history, analysis of what’s allowed on a city public road, and input from the homeowners, the Fairview Board of Commissioners decided to take no action — essentially they chose not to vacate the public road.    Read the article……………………………….
