Flooding aggravates residents

While Johnson was quick to say the Flood of 9/11 is a historic flood that doesn’t occur “all the time,” residents say they have been waiting for the city to fix drainage issues for years.  “We’ve been waiting a very long, long time,” said Frank Kent, 3361 Pettingill Way, who is the president of the Montclair Homeowners Association. “The city has finally taken notice of this.”     Read more……….
