Florida condo crisis escalates in major city as sales and prices plummet

Condo sales in Fort Lauderdale have plummeted due to the state’s ongoing real estate crisis with the number of apartments sold having dropped to 14 percent in the year’s third quarter.  The city recorded just 386 sales in that time with the median price also falling 3.9 percent to $427,500, according to a new report.   Read the article…………………………….
