I want to publicly thank state Sen. Lori Berman, D-Boca Raton, and her aide, Evelyn Duplecy, for being so responsive to my concerns as a Boca Raton condominium owner. And that of my neighbors who have called and written about our desire to lift some of the burdens of the 2022 “Condo Law,” which requires buildings over three stories in height to undergo 30- and 40-year certification reviews and “fully fund” reserves for repairs per Structural Integrity Reserves Studies (SIRS).    Read the article…………………………….
