Florida Task Force Recommends New Safety Rules for Condos

Nearly four months after the Surfside condo collapse that left 98 dead, a task force created to scrutinize Florida’s condominium rules has presented its report to state officials.  The task force, created by the Florida Bar, urged the governor to make legislative changes to stiffen maintenance requirements prevent another collapse like the one that took place on June 24, according to the Wall Street Journal.    Read the entire article……………………………….
