What are licensed engineers and architects finding after inspecting condominium buildings? Three complexes in Palm Beach County offer examples of the type of work that needs to be done to keep them safe.  The state’s new law, SB 4-D, was adopted after the deadly collapse of the Champlain Tower South in Surfside that killed 98 people in 2021.
