The unofficial start of summer is here. As we prepare to observe Memorial Day—a day to honor those who died while serving in the U.S. military—many HOA and condo residents across the country will display the American flag. According to the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the American flag should be flown at half-staff on Memorial Day from sunrise until noon.
