Fontana stands its ground on condo safety (WI)

Government gets a bad rap quite often. Sometimes with good reason. Sometimes not.  The village of Fontana found itself in a tough spot when inspectors discovered that outdoor decks at Abbey Hill condominiums were in disrepair. The decks were so bad that they were dangerous.  It would have been nice if the Abbey Hill property management or condo association had done a better job of recognizing and addressing the problem.
