Pending Foreclosures Should Not Halt the Collection of Delinquent Assessments

It is not uncommon to find that when a unit owner fails to pay his/her assessments, they are also not paying their mortgage. Thus, oftentimes foreclosures go hand-in-hand with the collection of delinquent assessments.
