Funeral home mogul Robert “Dick” Tips is taking a San Antonio homeowners association to court over its removal of a billboard from property he owns. Tips, chairman and CEO of Mission Park Funeral Chapels & Cemeteries, alleges “one or more persons believed to have been acting on behalf or in conspiracy” with the Coronado Enclave Homeowner’s Association went on his property and “unlawfully removed” the sign in May 2023.    Read the article…………………………….
