A district judge issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday, halting any further construction by Westover Homes, LLC, in the Gold Canon Subdivision until the matter goes to trial in July.  The Gold Canon Subdivision Property Owner Association, which was formed to bring suit against the Colorado Springs-based Westover Homes, filed a complaint May 20, alleging Westover Homes had delivered portions of two residential housing structures, violating established and recorded covenants.    Read the article……………………….
