A West Valley HOA is responding after an apparent crackdown on a couple passing free water out of their driveway in Goodyear.   In a statement to Arizona’s Family, the Canyon Trails HOA says that residents can pass out free water but that there was a different rule the couple was violating.    Read the article…………………………….
