Hampton Terrace to get road safety changes after series of crashes (FL)

One Tampa neighborhood is set to see major road-safety upgrades after a series of crashes, reports of speeding and years of asking the city for changes.  Hampton Terrace, located in Tampa’s Seminole Heights community, has a speed limit of 25 miles per hour.
