Firefighters extinguished a fire at a West Hartford condominium complex early Tuesday morning.  No one was injured, fire officials said. Eight to 10 condos in the Westwood complex, 100 Kane St., were damaged, and the American Red Cross and town social services employees were working to find temporary housing for residents.   Read the article………………………..
