Henderson City Council has agreed to pay $3 million to settle a class action lawsuit with Whitney Ranch residents.  Residents near Whitney Ranch filed the lawsuit in Sept. 2022.  Monsoon flooding impacted many in the Rising Star Drive area near Whitney Mesa and Galleria in late July. Severe thunderstorms caused the flood channel to overflow.    Video news report……………………..
