Local man says Heritage condominium problems pile up every time it pours (VA)

When it rains it pours. One local man, Mike Johnson, said the problems in his home pour down every time it rains. He said it’s a blame game over who should be fixing it. Johnson has spent thousands of dollars of his own money trying to fix the leak.  He is trying to install new pipes here so the water will drain out into the street, and not into his home in the Rivermont area..       Read the article……………..
