A High Point man is dealing with a growing sinkhole in his backyard, but what’s even more frustrating is that he’s unsure who is responsible for fixing it.  The issue is a damaged stormwater drainage pipe. Hamdy Eltokhy said he has spent the last three weeks searching for answers. He’s reached out to plumbers, the City of High Point and his homeowners association for help.
