A local homeowner’s association is disputing claims that an elderly veteran may be forced out of his home due to HOA fees. Local News 8 reported Friday that 80-year-old Bob Reinisch was asked to pay a total of $3,500 in fees and assessments to the Gem Lake Harbor Homeowner’s Association, which he said he cannot afford.
