A judge has temporarily blocked a Polk County mother from parking her car at the entrance of her subdivision while dropping off and picking up her children from the school bus.  This follows a lawsuit filed against the woman, Joy Hitchcock, by her homeowners’ association, Morgan Creek Preserve Residents Association, which alleges the action violates the HOA’s Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and is a safety hazard.    Read the article…………………………….
