Q: We had our annual meeting and the election of new directors. We voted for five candidates for four directorships. After the annual meeting an organizational meeting of the new and incumbent board members was conducted. The board appointed the losing candidate to the office of treasurer. This is a blatant disregard of the wishes of the membership. Can we recall any or all of the newly elected board, turning the operations of the association over to the property management firm temporarily, and demanding a new election of directors and an open election of officers of the board?   Read the Q&A………………………………..
