The Minnesota Legislative Coordinating Commission will take public testimony in a talking session with the Working Group on Common Interest Communities (CIC) and Homeowners Associations (HOA)…..The purpose of the legislative working group is to study the prevalence and impact of CICs and HOAs in Minnesota and how the existing laws regulating CICs and HOAs are impacting their membership.
