A couple claims their property was damaged due to the negligence of a property management association.  Paul and Debra Laskody filed a complaint in Monongalia Circuit Court against Baker’s Ridge Manor Homeowner’s Association.  According to the complaint, the plaintiffs’ property at 229 Poplar Drive began to show erosion of lateral support in April 2018.     Read the article………………………
