The full complement of officers from the Traditions of America (TOA) at Saucon Valley Homeowners’ Association voiced their concerns to the Upper Saucon Board of Supervisors on Monday night.  They asked the board not to approve the release of a portion of the developer’s security deposit held by the township until all conditions, details, and promises of the mutually agreed to original plan are satisfied.   Read the article………………………….
