A group of homeowners in the Beverly Crest neighborhood question claims from their homeowner association that the community pool could close unless they pay $1.2 million to fix and upgrade it. As WBTV started investigating and requesting records, the HOA announced the plan was put on pause.  The concerns raised by homeowners about the lack of transparency from the HOA and its community management company are consistent with residents in other HOAs previously highlighted by WBTV over more than two years of investigations.   Read the article…………………………….
