Several neighborhood associations are complaining about a transitional facility that is about to open.    The Mississippi Offenders Re-entry Experience, or the M.O.R.E facility is on Floral Drive off of West County Line Road and will be used to house formerly incarcerated men.  The once-incarcerated men will live there as they transition to life after prison.    Read the article…………………………
