An eight-year battle between West Norriton homeowners and VRJ Associates, owners of Westover Country Club, has resulted in at least a temporary victory for the homeowners. On Sept. 18, Judge Garrett Page denied VRJ’s motion for summary judgment in their battle to develop a portion of the Westover golf course, which is surrounded by single-family homes in the residential neighborhood that also includes condominiums, apartment complexes and the Montgomery County Youth Center.
