A man stabbed and a child shot in Homestead last week.  That has a lot of residents running angry and scared. Maybe even the homeowners association feels the same, but it has little to do with fighting crime, other than maybe promoting a block watch.  Instead, big on the Homestead South’s HOA house-policing agenda?
