Dozens of people in aging condominiums are dealing with broken elevators damaged a week ago during the storm.  “With the heavy rain, I noticed there was dripping like inside the elevator from when you opened the doors,” said Haunani Pohaku.  Pohaku is one of them, living in a decades-old building with 12 floors on University Avenue.     Read the article…………………………….
