Residents in northwest Houston could see relief soon after delayed “heavy trash” collection left piles of debris outside their homes. Throughout Inwood Forest Village, the issue can be seen firsthand. On Wednesday, stacks of old boxes, furniture, tree branches and other large items were scattered on sidewalks and lawns around the neighborhood.
