A man was arrested in Palm Beach on Wednesday after he allegedly threatened to blow up a residential building during a condo board meeting.  According to the Palm Beach Police Department, Paul Cataldo was arrested shortly after an April 3 condo board meeting during which made statements about blowing up the building.
