Admiral Indemnity Company claims that it does not have duty to defend or indemnify condo association (IL)

company is suing River City Condominium Association; Michael Pyrchalla, owner of a condominium; and board members Donald Moore, Joe Sica, Ryan Palider, Micheline Magharious and Mark Mitrev for alleged breach of contract.  Admiral Indemnity Company filed a complaint on March 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging it has no duty to defend or indemnify the defendants in a lawsuit or to be held liable for damages done to Pyrchalla’s property.    Read the article………………..
