Insurers Seek $1M From Dealership Over Auto Fire (NY)

Insurers representing a homeowners association and two residents have filed a lawsuit in New York federal court, demanding that Honda and a local dealership cover over $1 million in damages resulting from a 2021 vehicle fire. The insurers, Country Mutual Insurance Co. and two Allstate units, allege that American Honda Motor Co.
