In the time that residents have lived within the housing development, it seems that problems have begun to arise.  More so, until these issues within the subdivision are resolved, the homeowners cannot create a homeowner’s association, which has become a major concern for residents within the subdivision.  Homeowners associations are typically responsible for the care of shared spaces in neighborhoods and communities.
