A Delaware Court of Chancery judge has ruled in favor of Freeman Communities in a lawsuit filed by residents of the Bayside community in Selbyville. Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock ruled that Bayside was a master-planned community and Freeman Communities did not have to turn over majority control of the Bayside Community Association to residents until 90 percent of the lots are sold, or at the end of December 2024.
