A note taped to the bulletin board in the hallway of a Kendall condominium complex alerted residents that water will be shut off because payment has not been received.  According to condo owner Hilda Conley, it wouldn’t be the first time.  “We came home three or four weeks ago, and the water had been shut off since 2 p.m.,” Conley told NBC6 on Tuesday.   Read the article…………………………….
