Court Filing Claims Kenneth Abdalla Owes $4.2 Million To Sky Lodge Homeowners (UT)

The majority owner of Sky Lodge – who has been embroiled in a lawsuit with his fellow condominium owners for years – will be before a judge next month to explain where more than $4-million in fees and assessments have gone.
