Property owners and the Homeowners Association on Kiawah Island have been fighting against proposed developments for months and now attorneys are involved.  The attorney representing the developers, Kiawah Resort Associates, sent a letter to the attorney representing Kiawah HOA’s, saying their concerns they expressed to the town about the development are groundless and are delaying the approval of the site plans.    Read the article…………………………….
