Residents of Heritage Farms in Kimberly have reported for years that their property has constantly been vandalized and no culprits have been found.  “Everybody thought it was the wind, but we’ve reinforced our fences. I’ve personally reinforced them, and we’ve had help here from the homeowners as well.
