The Country Club Condominiums in Duncan are an apartment complex turned Homeowners Association after changes of ownership.  However, Robert Esquivias, one of the residents, in addition with others, said they’ve been getting charged more than they should, according to the by-laws, attributing it to finding out the board members aren’t paying their own HOA fees.    Read the article…………………………….
