City Council adopted an ordinance for homeowners who may deal with strict restrictions by Home Owner Associations throughout the city as drought contingencies continue to affect Laredo residents’ lawn care. District VII Councilmember Vanessa Perez brought up the item at a recent meeting speaking on behalf of her constituents and others in the city who may be dealing with HOA restrictions or policies regarding a household’s lawn maintenance.     Read the article…………………………….
