Residents in one Laurel condo complex are breathing a sigh of relief Friday after city officials rescinded a notice to vacate order that would have forced them to leave their homes.  The city of Laurel stepped in after years of warnings about dangerously unsafe stairwells at the Tiers of Laurel Lake Condominiums that they say posed serious risks to residents’ safety.    Read the article…………………………….
