How the law addresses difficult neighbors

Question: I am on the board of a 69-unit condo community. One person is very belligerent and it would take pages to tell of his doings. He throws full cans of beer at people from his second floor balcony, yells very, very bad names to neighbors, plays loud music at 3:00 a.m., jumps up and down (maybe from off of his bed) to make noise to keep people awake.     Read more……..
