Legislators from all four caucuses held a press conference on Feb. 26 introducing a Homeowners Association (HOA) and Common Interest Community (CIC) reform package. The House bill, HF1268, is authored by Representatives Kristin Bahner (DFL-Maple Grove), and Shane Mekeland (GOP-Clear Lake).
