I wish to add my two cents to the very incisive comments provided by Ms. Sally Lam in her letter of August 28 addressing the Florida Building Safety Act.  Since the enactment of the above law and identified as SB-4D, additional information has been offered by reputable engineering sources about engineering deficiencies that were associated with the partial collapse of the Champlain Towers.    Read the article…………………………….
